More about our Kruger National Park Game Drives

The avid and awesome part about an extraordinary safari experience is being able to learn a little bit more about the various animal species that you spot in the animal kingdom you’re exploring. At Untamed Africa, we have a team of highly experienced and knowledgeable safari experts who openly share their extensive knowledge and experience about tracking animals, observing animal behaviour and sharing some mind-blowing fun facts about your unique sightings.

Games drives offer a thrilling way to experience the bush. They give you an opportunity to adore how nature shows its labour of love to humanity. One of the most loved experiences on safari is watching the brilliant African sun and the evolution of its beauty through its different forms. From the moment the sun gloriously makes its first appearance, to the moment it lights up to its full glory at zenith and then so gracefully goes to rest at dawn, the brilliant African sun leaves its audience with an everlasting impression, the memory of the unforgettable safari sunset.

Game drives give you an opportunity to listen out for sounds that are unfamiliar in the city life. Sounds such as distinctive bird alarm calls, rustling leaves and bushes and mighty roars and growls. Game drives give you an opportunity to familiarise yourself with what it would mean when you suddenly smell butter popcorn, although you’d think it’s one of the snacks we’ve packed for the safari tour, the smell of butter popcorn is actually the scent trail of a leopard! Game drives give you the opportunity to feel goosebumps, the reaction your skin has when it witnesses something beyond incredible. Because that’s what exploring the Kruger is – it’s absolutely beyond incredible.

If you’re looking for an authentic African safari experience where your spend your sunsets amongst the kings of jungle, where you take your senses on the adventure of a lifetime and reconnect with nature, then our safari game drives are the perfect treat for you.
